An item I want is listed as "Out of Stock". When will I be able to order?
We are not able to reorder everything we originally listed on the website, but we do attempt to reorder our best sellers. Depending on the item and the vendor, out of stock items could be relisted between 1 and 10 business days. If you see an item you love, order it quickly!
What are your business hours and how do I contact your business?
Visit our About, Store Policy, and Shipping & Returns pages to read more about our business! Customer service is available via e-mail Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, and our warehouse ships orders out within those hours. Our website is available to make purchases 24/7!

Parker & Hyde is a Dallas-based company owned by Zack and Lauren McLarnon. The company is an icon in the upscale fashion and design industry. Parker & Hyde specializes in designing and manufacturing furniture, rugs, home furnishings, bags, jewelry, and accessories from genuine "Hair on Hide" Brazilian cowhide.
Can you give me information about "Ellison", "YMI", and the other clothing brands mentioned on the website?
Kellie Rasberry has partnered with a few select Los Angeles-based clothing brands for a couple of simple reasons. She loves the styles and the prices!
I'd like a different color or pattern of an item I see listed. When will more styles be available?
We will be adding new styles, colors, and patterns all the time. Follow the Emma Kelly & Me Instagram account for the latest information on new items available on the website!
How do I clean my "Hide on Hair" handbag without damaging it?
Vacuum the cowhide. Use a hard-floor setting, a shop vacuum or a hand vacuum. The rotating brushes on a regular vacuum setting may pull the hairs and damage your bag.
Add a squirt of dish washing liquid to a small bucket of warm water.
Use a clean, white rag dipped in the soapy water to blot any stains gently. A fine-toothed comb can help remove any dried, crusty stains. Always move with the direction of the hair growth.
Blot with a clean, white rag and clean water to remove the soap.
Allow the cowhide to dry thoroughly. The hair may be brushed with a soft brush once dry to remove any clumping of the hair.

Our handbags are designed and hand-made in Dallas, Texas from genuine "Hair on Hide" Brazilian cowhide. Our apparel is sourced from several brands located in Los Angeles, California who manufacture in China.

Do your items run true to size?
We order from a variety of manufacturers, so the sizing varies from item to item! To help you determine what size to order we provide the model's height and measurements on each item's page. We also provide the fabric type in the description of the item on the item page, so you can determine if the item has any stretch or not. We also include information about how Kellie thinks each item fits.
What methods of payment does Emma Kelly & Me accept?
We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a store credit for item(s) of equal or greater value. We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed you'll receive a store credit for the amount of the original item and any sales tax paid when we receive your items.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping and handling fees are final and cannot be redeemed.
Items must be returned in unused condition in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
